  • Production Planning
    Manage your production material requirements through a wizard-based process. The wizard enables users to define a planning scenario in five easy steps and predict demand based upon forecasts. It helps you reduce your costs and takes into account minimum order quantities, order multiples, purchasing price breaks and standard production run batch sizes.
  • Forecasting
    Predict demand based upon forecasts rather than using only orders received. Forecast calculations can help you to see future demand, and this enables you to stock more intelligently and deliver a better service to your customers.
  • Planning Wizard
    Run scenarios in 5 easy steps; define the time period, the items or item groups and then select the required criteria ( pre-defined sales forecasts for example, or existing stock levels, open Purchase Orders, Sales Orders, Work Orders, stock at minimum level, etc). The scenario is run and a recommendation report produced.
    Drill-down options enable users to interrogate the calculations and documents driving the recommendations and resulting gross requirements. There are many options available for running different or ‘what if’ scenarios and saving results as simulations.
  • Order Recommendation Report
    The Recommendation report identifies items to make and to buy. From the report, users can select proposed Production and Purchase Orders for automatic creation. A Production Order can be easily converted to a Purchase Order if required. Equally, same supplier Purchase Orders can be consolidated into one order.
